Returns/Exchanges
We want you to love our products as much as we do and if you are not satisfied with your recent purchase we will provide a refund/exchange within 30 days of purchase.
If the product you receive is damaged or defective we will gladly exchange it.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your package has been received, your refund will be issued within 7-10 business days back to your original payment method.

If you were gifted a Navinka product, we will need proof of purchase in the form of a receipt.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
